Enquiries and correspondence
When you contact us by form or email, we process the details you provide, such as your name, contact details, company and project information, to respond, prepare a quotation and discuss a contract. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For correspondence with company representatives, the basis is our legitimate interest in business communication under Article 6(1)(f). Without relevant contact and project details, we may be unable to respond or quote.
How this website works
When you submit the form, your details are passed through Vercel and Resend to our Google Workspace business mailbox to handle your enquiry. The email link opens your email application. We do not save form contents in your browser storage.
Retention and recipients
Email correspondence is retained for the time needed to handle the enquiry and follow-up discussions. If a contract is agreed, retention depends on its performance, applicable statutory record-keeping obligations and the protection of legal claims. Authorised staff and email or IT service providers may have access as necessary to perform their duties.
Email and Google Workspace
We use Google Workspace for business email. Google and its subprocessors may process message content and related contact details, including outside the EEA depending on contractual terms and service settings. Transfers are addressed in Google’s Data Processing Addendum, including applicable standard contractual clauses.
Website hosting
The website runs on Vercel, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses and browser information, as well as data submitted through the form. Technical data supports content delivery and security, including prevention of form abuse, based on our legitimate interest in a working and secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. See Vercel’s Privacy Notice for details.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
Sending enquiries
We use Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) to send form messages. It processes enquiry content, email addresses and delivery information. Processing may take place outside the EEA, including in the USA; transfer safeguards and standard contractual clauses are addressed in Resend’s Data Processing Addendum. You may also request information about applicable safeguards at our contact email.
